The "X Factor" in Orange County is new home construction. We are seeing projects that died during the market crash exploding with new homes throughout Orange County. Areas like The Great Park, Rancho Mission Viejo, Baker Ranch, and Marble Beach are all seeing huge rises in new home construction as of late.
